  • Designed and implemented the Digital Online Faculty Orientation - a comprehensive 100% online orientation system for Fisk University Online instructors; includes a welcome letter, introductory tech meeting, course shell template, course syllabus template, step-by-step “getting started” guide, and LMS module 

  • Created the Fisk Online SharePoint site to serve as a centralized hub for on-demand information about Fisk Online, the Digital Faculty Orientation, training materials/resources, training calendar, the monthly industry trend, and more 

  • Collaborate with Executives, Deans, Directors, Faculty, Staff, and SMEs to build and nurture interdepartmental partnerships, to facilitate reasonable direct and indirect support for remote access to services such as registration, library services, and academic advising, and to identify faculty professional development, training, and support needs 

  • Design, develop, and implement user-centered self-paced professional development, training, and support courses and resources using Articulate Storyline and Rise
